GroupStory was a small, Ruby-based photobook startup. I began work providing front-end design, development and UX support, but as the project progressed, I began providing project management support using kanban via Pivotal Tracker, which quickly improved the team’s productiveness and morale. This was a fun project that really showed what a small, nimble team could produce in a quick timeline, and demonstrated the value of project management.
